Bob Esty is President and CEO of Human Management Services, Inc. Human Management Services provides aid, under contract, to employers in instituting effective and comprehensive employee assistance programs including policy and procedure development, supervisory training, evaluation and referral, ongoing technical assistance and managed care

Bob has previously served as Executive Director at the Chester County Council on Addictive Diseases in Exton, holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Denver and a BS in Sociology from Washington and Jefferson College. He currently serves on the Board of United Way of Chester County and DNB First Loyalty to Service. Previous board experience includes the Great Valley School District, West Chester University Advisory Board of Social Work, and the Greater Chester Valley Soccer Association.
