Celeste Barr ('12)

Celeste is the owner of Clarus Consulting. The company provides consulting services, on a monthly and project basis, to a select group of clients both in the for-profit and non-profit world. In addition, she provides personal tax planning and individual tax preparation for approximately 200 clients.

Prior to starting her own company, Celeste was a partner in a local public accounting firm and worked upon graduating college and for almost 20 years.

Ms. Barr is a CPA and has her CEA in Not-For Profit Accounting and Auditing issued by the AICPA. Currently and throughout her career she has worked with and served on many non-profit Boards. She currently a member of the Board of the United Way of Chester County and serves on the Executive Committee and the Financial Stability Partnership.

A Delaware native, Celeste attended West Chester University. She graduated summa cum laude with a BS in Accounting.

Now a resident of East Marlborough Township she resides there with her husband Jack and her two college-attending children, Christa and Kevin.
