From Exton, Route 30 By-Pass, and Northern Chester County:
Take Route 100 South through Exton. Bear right where the road splits at Route 202, following the signs for Route 100 West Chester. Proceed about 4 miles south toward downtown West Chester; Route 100 becomes High Street. Continue traveling south through town; you will pass the Chester County Courthouse on the right. The Farmers and Mechanics Building is on the right at the next intersection, on the southwest corner of High and Market Streets (you will see a sign for Wilmington Trust Bank on the first floor).

From Great Valley and Eastern Chester County:
Take Route 202 South to the Paoli Pike Exit. Turn right at the traffic light at the bottom of the ramp, and proceed west. Paoli Pike becomes Gay Street as you enter the downtown area, and the street becomes one-way. Cross north Walnut Street (the Rite-Aid Pharmacy is on the right corner), and take the next left onto High Street. You will pass the Chester County Courthouse on the right. The Farmers and Mechanics Building is on the right at the next intersection, on the southwest corner of High and Market Streets (you will see a sign for Wilmington Trust Bank on the first floor).

OR

Follow Route 3 (Paoli Pike) west. Once in downtown West Chester, Route 3 (Paoli Pike) becomes Gay Street as you enter the downtown area, and the street becomes one-way. Cross north Walnut Street (the Rite-Aid Pharmacy is on the right corner), and take the next left onto High Street. You will pass the Chester County Courthouse on the right. The Farmers and Mechanics Building is on the right at the next intersection, on the southwest corner of High and Market Streets (you will see a sign for Wilmington Trust Bank on the first floor).

From Southern Chester County:
Take Route 1 north to Route 52 north. Follow Route 52 north for about 8 miles into West Chester. Turn right onto Price Street. Follow Price Street for several blocks and at the second stoplight (Burger King will be on your left) turn left onto High Street. Follow High Street for 5 blocks, nearly to the intersection with Market Street. The Farmers and Mechanics Building is on the left, on the southwest corner of High and Market Streets (you will see a sign for Wilmington Trust Bank on the first floor).

Parking:  The Bicentennial Parking Garage is located on High Street directly behind (south of) the Farmers and Mechanics Building; metered street parking is also available.
