Financial Stability Partnership

The Financial Stability Partnership focuses on connecting individuals & families with tools & strategies they can use to increase their income, build savings, and gain & sustain assets. The Partnership provides cohesion and coordination of the financial stability network including:

  • Financial education
  • Accessing mainstream financial products
  • Credit repair/Debt reduction
  • Workforce development
  • Accessing public and employer benefits
  • Free tax preparation and access to tax credits
  • Individual Development Accounts (IDAs)
  • Savings, asset building and protection

Steps in the Financial Stability Framework

Who Benefits?

Low-to-moderate income workers have fewer financial stresses, which has been shown to positively impact productivity and job retention, physical and emotional health, and children's school performance.

Employers have a stronger, more productive, crisis-resistant workforce.

Communities are more financially stable because of increases in employment, education, and homeownership.
