HOME PURCHASE PROCESS - PART 1:FINANCING
Part I of our Home Ownership series will go into the need for financial readiness to purchase a home; focusing on credit and mortgage eligibility. A mortgage specialist will hold this session and talk to you about all elements of home financing.

Open Hearth is a highly engaged member of the United Way Financial Stability Partnership of Chester County. All of Open Hearth's workshops are strictly educational (no product sales). Open Hearth Inc. is a private nonprofit organization serving Chester County residents with housing, transportation, and financial management since 1991.
