| OMNI CABLE TEAMS UP WITH UNITED WAY FOR YEAR ROUND GIVING |
| Omni Cable and its employee-owners give every year around the holidays to area needy families and the USMC sponsored Toys for Tots program. This year they wanted to make sure they give throughout the team and not just during the holidays, so Omni Cable teamed up with the United Way of Chester County to do just that. To kickoff their United Way drive, Omni Cable hosted a company BBQ where the United Way came and talked to the Omni Cable employees about their current initiative for the Maternal & Child Health Consortium, an organization which helps to ensure a healthy beginning for all children by reducing barriers to care and the factors contributing to low birth weight and infant mortality. The employees at Omni Cable came together and donated in any way they could. They purchased diapers, wipes, new born clothing, infant toiletries, etc. Omni Cable's HR Director Sean Mooney commented, "I knew how generous our employees are from previous campaigns, but everyone really stepped up and the support was overwhelming for this drive. I'm so proud of Omni Cable's team spirit and kindness." The donation was delivered directly to the Maternal & Child Health Consortium in West Chester, PA. "We were blown away by how successful their collection was! We can't express in words how much this means to MCHC!" says Courtney Lynn Coleman, Program Support & Volunteer Coordinator at the Maternal & Child Health Consortium.
